- The Triple E platform aims to help university students and knowledge seekers access education through live or recorded sessions delivered by qualified academics.
- Triple E provides online lessons and courses (both recorded and live) for service providers and beneficiaries inside and outside Kuwait.
- Please read the Terms of Use below carefully before using the platform.
First: Definitions
“Triple E” / “Platform” / “We”: The website Tripleeedu.com and Triple X E Company in Kuwait.
“User” / “You”: Any person using the platform (visitor, registered user, teacher, marketer, or student).
“Service Provider”: Any specialist offering lessons or courses through the platform, including affiliated marketers.
“Student”: Any user requesting services through the platform.
“Courses / Lessons”: Educational sessions provided by the service provider.
“Agreement”: These terms, privacy policy, and all related policies.
“Regulations”: The applicable laws in the State of Kuwait.
Second: Electronic Contract
- This agreement is an electronic contract between you and the platform. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all terms.
- It applies regardless of the device used (computer, laptop, mobile).
- It includes the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you confirm your data is accurate.
Third: Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under guardian supervision.
- Users must be legally capable of entering contracts.
- You use the platform at your own responsibility.
Fourth: Acceptance
- Using the platform means full acceptance of this agreement (considered an electronic signature).
- If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Fifth: Account Policy
- Users must provide accurate and updated information during registration.
- The platform may verify accounts for security purposes.
- Multiple accounts are prohibited.
- Accounts cannot be sold, shared, or transferred without permission.
- You are responsible for your account security.
- The platform may suspend or terminate accounts violating terms.
- The platform may suspend any account without prior notice while ensuring financial dues are processed.

Sixth: Acceptable Use Policy
- You agree to comply with this agreement even if it conflicts with local supplementary rules.
- Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.
- Platform must not be used for illegal or commercial misuse.
- Content must comply with laws and Islamic values.
- Offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language is prohibited.
- Criminal-related discussions (weapons, drugs, hacking, etc.) are prohibited.
- Impersonation or misleading information is prohibited.
- Sharing external contact details is prohibited.
- Platform may record sessions for quality and monitoring.
- Platform is not responsible for technical errors or user misconduct.
- Users agree to indemnify the platform against damages caused by their actions.
Seventh: Lesson Pricing Policy
- Triple E sets prices for courses.
- Revenue shares are shown to service providers.
- Prices may vary by country.
- Users are responsible for payment data accuracy.
- Keep payment receipts.
- Fees are non-refundable unless a valid issue occurs.
Eighth: Payment Policy
- Payments via KNET, Visa, MasterCard (KWD).
- Prices must be reviewed before purchase.
- Platform is not responsible for payments made outside it.
- Platform not responsible for payment fraud or hacking.
- Students bear all transaction fees.
Ninth: Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds after subscription unless service is not provided.
- No refunds if content is not viewed or used.
- Platform may issue refunds without provider approval.
- Cancellation requires mutual agreement.
- Delays by teachers may justify refunds.
Tenth: Opportunities
- Fixed-price courses offered by Triple E team.
- Teachers can apply via dashboard.
- Courses are exclusive to opportunities.
- Platform selects the most suitable teacher.
Eleventh: Payments to Providers
- Payments processed monthly on the 5th.
- Requests submitted between 1st–3rd.
- Transfer fees: Kuwait (free), Egypt (1% min 2.5 KWD).
- Platform may suspend payments for suspicious activity.
Twelfth: Teacher Performance Standards
- Subject knowledge
- Curriculum understanding
- Lesson execution
- Teaching methods
- Clarity of explanation
- Communication skills
- Internet quality
- Student engagement
- Time management
Thirteenth: Copyright
- Platform content is owned by Triple E.
- Protected under international copyright laws.
- Content is for personal use only.
- Commercial use is prohibited without permission.
- Teachers guarantee originality of content.
Fourteenth: Trademarks
- Triple E trademarks are protected.
- Platform may use branding for promotion.
Fifteenth: Disclaimer
- Services provided is used “as it is” without any guarantees.
- Platform is an intermediary only.
- Not responsible for service provider quality.
- Not responsible for technical issues or interruptions.
- Homework-solving services are not provided.
- Liability limited to refund if service not delivered.
Sixteenth: Teacher Evaluation & Review Policy
The Training Management monitors teachers’ performance periodically, with a monthly evaluation sent to the teacher via email. The platform has the right to terminate the account of any low-rated teacher.
Student Review Policy:
- Reviews apply only to completed services and only once per purchased service.
- Reviews must be objective and not intended to offend.
- It is prohibited to include inappropriate language or content that violates the rights of the platform or the teacher.
- Comparisons between the platform’s services and other platforms are not allowed.
- Reviews must not be used for advertising purposes or sharing external contact details.
- The platform reserves the right to delete any review that violates this agreement.
- The platform and affected parties retain all legal rights arising from review content.
Seventeenth: Platform & Services Availability
- Access to the platform is free; however, enrollment in lessons and courses requires a fee set by Triple E.
- We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability due to the nature of the internet and potential technical issues.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, and delays may occur for which we are not responsible.
- A stable and fast internet connection is required for optimal lesson experience.
- The platform may suspend or modify any part of its services at any time without prior notice.
- The platform may be updated periodically, and some content may become outdated without obligation to update it.
Eighteenth: Communications
- The platform will contact you using the provided contact details, and you agree to receive text and voice communications.
- You can contact us anytime via: [email protected]
- We may contact you to inform you about new services. To stop communications, notify us immediately.
Nineteenth: Notifications
- The platform will send notifications via your registered contact details or your account.
- You may send notifications to us via: [email protected], and they are considered received once we respond.
Twentieth: Amendments & Termination
- The platform may modify this agreement or add new terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- The platform may terminate this agreement or any of its services without user consent.
- The agreement is considered terminated for any user who violates its terms, without affecting legal consequences.
Twenty-First: Subscriptions
- Triple E determines the subscription period (usually one academic term for university courses). Students may extend for an additional term upon proof of failure.
- Educational content is available only during the subscription period and may be extended with Triple E’s approval.
Twenty-Second: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- If any clause is ruled invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Twenty-Third: Language
This agreement is originally drafted in Arabic, which is the official and governing version. In case of conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
Twenty-Fourth: Calendar
The platform adopts the Gregorian calendar for all dates mentioned in this agreement.
